Flew to Nampa Idaho with Darin and Harry. (Nampa is essentially Boise)

I was planning on getting a good start on my annual condition inspection today, but was easily persueded to go flying instead. This year has been challenging for flying as we've had a lot of crummy weather. Today was forecasted to be nice so we decided to fly to Boise. Harry's old neighbor lives there and we have been meaning to fly over there for at least a year.

The weather was perfect for flying today and the air was super smooth. I tried to get some good pics but unfortunately struggled with the glare from my canopy.

After a nice lunch, we visited the Warhawk Air Museum.

The had quite the glider exibit. It looks like someone made a camp trailer out of this one. My grandfather flew these in WWII.

They had a Link Instrument trainer.

We are here...

Back home the Spring Fair was going on at the Puyallup Fair Grounds.
