We have had terrible weather for flying lately. First all the snow, then wind, and more recently fog and low clouds. Everday it's supposed to burn off but never really does. (At least in Tacoma) I've been really wanting to fly but haven't been able to for over a month and a half. By far the longest hiatus since I got my license. Today showed some signs afternoon clearing so I scheduled a plane for 3pm. Well it did burn off pretty good around the airport and westward but by the time it cleared up, it was cooling off and coming back in. I decided not to go anywhere and stayed in the pattern for touch and goes. Even though it looked o.k. from the ground, you can see from the pictures how crummy it was becoming.
Definately not the best flying, but it was sure nice to get back in an airplane.
