Flew up and did a couple landings at Swanson Field in Eatonville. Did a touch and go at Pierce County Thun Field on the way back. 2nd time up in this particular plane, it flew great but I had some radio trouble with it.

A very cool helicopter landed at Crest after I did. It has no tail rotor, but instead uses ducted jet air to control yaw.
You can see the grey emergency blow up floats on the skids too.
I looked it up and it is a MD Helicopter Inc MD 900
I also found out this helicopter is from Paul Allen's Tatoosh Yacht.
