Flew down to Scappoose, OR with Darin.
Today I met Darin at the airport about 1PM. He has recently started working on his instrument rating so I went for a ride in his airplane acting as a safety pilot. (That way he could wear a view limiting device and practice flying solely by instruments.) It was also my first time up in his very nice RV-9A! Unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures.
When we got back we decided to fly both airplanes down to Scappoose Oregon. I haven't been there in quite awhile and this was Darin's first time there in his 9A.
Bummer there was this 150 on the ramp that appearantly had a bad landing.
We hung out for a half hour or so and then headed home.
Back
