Flew to Fort Bragg, CA with Lane
I woke up to rain this morning and wondered if we were going to be able to go. Looking at the radar we figured if we left the house around 8am we'd have a nice window to the South.
Sure enough we took off at 8:45 and no rain.
It didn't take long for Lane to fall asleep.
Just South of Portland things really cleared up.

This used to be the runway for the mill. I wish it was still open because it's right there in town.
On final for for runway 29 at Little River.
With some help from a tailwind, we made it down in 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Sunday morning at 10am we went on a 13 mile bikeride with the SOB's. (Seniors on Bicycles)
Later drove down to Elk were my dad used to live. I probably haven't been here in like 24 years.

On Monday morning (Memorial Day) we fueled up and headed out just before 10am.
What a great trip! This was Lane's first time to Fort Bragg and we both really enjoyed it.
