Day 8
Leaving Oshkosh
Waiting in line for takeoff on 36L. Although we're not all together getting out of here, our plan is to fly home with Jim (RV-7), Marv (RV-4), and Kevin (RV-9)

First fuel stop in Redwood Falls, MN

Rapid City, SD. Very windy here but right down the runway. Like 22 knots gusting to 30.
After departing Rapid City, we flew by Mt Rushmore.
Devil's Tower in Wyoming
Jim, Marv, and Kevin got a hotel in Bozeman (here) and we flew back to Townsend for the night.

We took the Van back into town for a nice meal at The Mint.
Pretty big day today, flew just over 1,035 miles.
