Flew IFR to Tacoma Narrows with the hood on. My friend Frank Pawul who works upstairs at Sound Energy came along to act as my Safety Pilot. Got radar vectors to ILS 17, flew the published missed to the hold. Held for 2 laps then shot the Localizer only runway 17. Flew a low approach then got radar vectors to the NDB Rwy 35 approach.
Frank flew his 172M up from Pierce County (Thun Field) at parked it at Crest while we went up in my rental plane.
