Went flying in Las Vegas.
While visiting family in Vegas I wanted to go flying so I called around an ended up renting a Piper Archer from Cactus Aviation. They are located at the Henderson Executive Airport not to far from where we were staying. Again instead of doing a checkout, I just took their CFI along as a tour guide. My nephew Austin went along too.

Well it almost started but not quite so we called for jump start. Pretty cold weather here lately.
We ended up flying to North Las Vegas airport for a touch and go on runway 30R. Winds were 300 at 27Kts gusting to 33kts. Yikes!
